Giant's teeth are used to summon a giant with the YOB spell.

- In Cantopani, can be purchased in a bag of teeth for 3 gold. Contains 1 giant's tooth.
- After entering Lia-Ki investigate the ruins and enter the tree line. In a statue's mouth you will find 3 giant's teeth.
- After Lia-Ki in the left hand cave you find a skull with 2 giant's teeth.
- After Lia-Ki in the right hand cave you can kill a giant and extract 2 giant's teeth from his mouth.

- The best prize at the cabinet of Fortune is either a bracelet of bone or 1 giant's tooth if you already own a bracelet of bone.
- The greedy well between the Halls of Vlada and the necropolis contains 1 giant's tooth
Sorcery! 3[]
- The Geysers will either contain a sun jewel or 1 giant's tooth if you already own a sun jewel. This giant's tooth matches the description of the tooth Elthera owned so it might be the same one.
- In theory you can obtain 2 giant's teeth from the giant human in the ruins of Tinpang. However, in practice the option appears to only be available through the use of cheats.

- The larder of Throg contains 3 giant's teeth if you own less than 3.
- The market peddler sells 1 giant's tooth if you own less than 4. The price varies depending on your character though the base cost is 8 gp. He says it was a gift from a dwarf.
- You can steal 1 giant's tooth from the hawker's tent. Beware, for the hawker will summon the guards!
- There is an infinite supply of giant's teeth in the YOB tower, including 6 in the skull.

- YOB while fighting the giant in Lia Ki to either deal 7 damage to it or use the opportunity to flee

- YOB while fighting the Manticore to deal 4 damage or 6 if the Manticore has been debuffed

- YOB while trapped in the chainmaker's trap to free yourself
- YOB while attacked by the thug near the festival to scare him off
- YOB while fighting the wolfhound at the fire in the fields to scare it off
- YOB while fighting the Mantisman to deal 3 damage or use the opportunity to flee
- YOB at the carpet seller to escape his trap. This allows you to loot 6gp and noseplugs if you don't already own noseplugs.
- YOB while attacked by the spider in Vangorn's house. This fails as the house is too cramped for the giant.
- YOB while dealing with the creature with a crossbow to scare him off
- YOB to open the door to the cell in the Red-Eye jail containing an elvin
- YOB when attacked by the mechanical statue of Mattak to beat it. Note: you must flee the scene for your giant to win. If you stay to watch the statue will win and will then attack you.
- YOB while fighting the harpies to kill the first one
- YOB while fghting the slime eater in the sewers to deal 6 damage or use the opportunity to flee
- YOB while at the North gate to kill Sansas. Though there are easier ways of achieving the same result...

- YOB while at the whirlpool to test its effects
- YOB while fighting the harpy to deal 3 damage or use the opportunity to escape
- YOB while escaping the black elf caravan to either escape or to destroy the camp.
- YOB while in the Baddu beetle trap to lift you out of it (though the giant dies in the process)
- If you give Dintainta a giant's tooth, she will give you the upgraded rewards. You may ask 3 standard questions, which can be: 1° what kind of sorceress she is 2° what the Sleepless Ram is and how to get passed it 3° about the tunnels in the mountains 4° the location of the Water Serpent 5° two of the serpent's weaknesses (chosen at random) 6° nothing can defeat time . In addition to these 3 questions, you may request a staff of oak sapling, some ideas on how to defeat the time serpent, or how to get passed the Sleepless Ram.
- YOB while fighting the Klattamen to scare them off
- YOB while burried under Throff's temple to lift the rocks off you and allow you to escape at the cost of 3 health
- YOB to destroy the Klattaman village. The loot from this is a jewel-studded medallion if you do not already own one and a compass if you do not already own one.
- YOB while fighting the Moon Serpent to lift you up so you can either stab the Moon Serpent for 3 damage or stab it twice 6 damage if you don't mind falling and taking 2 damage in return. You can cast YOB several times during the fight to repeat this.
- YOB when encountering the Fire Serpent in the Forest. However, the giant gets incinerated dealing no damage to the Fire Serpent
- YOB while fighting the Earth Serpent if your leg is trapped in the ground. The Giant will free your leg and also punch the Earth Serpent for 3 damage.
- You may sell 1 or 2 Giant's Teeth to the tooth merchant for 3 gp each.

- YOB while fighting the birdman in the ravine to kill it
- YOB while fighting the guard patrol in the crater. However there are too many guards for your giant to handle.
- YOB while in a merchant's cart will destroy the cart. You may then pay the merchant 100 gp (50 gp if you threaten him with the giant) in exchange for a merchant costume and a password the Samaritans of Schinn use. Alternatively, you can kill the merchant and just take the costume.
- YOB while at the gates of Mampang allows you to break in, though it isn't very discrete.
- YOB if Filk reports you to the guards. The giant can lift you up into central Mampang
- YOB while at the trapdoor in the secret passage from the larder of Throg. However the passage is too tight for the giant and it will not be able to open the trapdoor.
- YOB while in the secret passage from the larder of Throg, below the (open) grate. The giant can lift you up and out.
- YOB while fighting the jaguars in the treasury to kill them.
- YOB in the GOB tower will distract the goblins while you cross
- YOB in the YOB tower will add another giant to the increasingly full room. Though this isn't very useful.
- YOB while fighting the slime eater in th MUD tower to kill it.
- YOB in the TEL tower to destroy the sphere. Note: this is bugged and the sphere will still be whole after you've done this.
- YOB in the NAP tower to either destroy the pendulum, or lift you up to the pendulum where you can read a poem.
- YOB in the ROK tower to smash the statues blocking the way
- YOB in the torture chamber to kill Naggamanteh and destroy the Pleasher
- YOB to test the 4th Throben door.
